I would like to find anyone with connections to The Fitzpatrick clan of Aghabog parish in County Monaghan. My ancestors were from the townland of Carn and are buried in St. Mary's church in the next townland of Latnamard.
My Great Grandfather, Terence Fitzpatrick emigrated to Providence Rhode Island around 1904. His parents were Edward Fitzpatrick and Catherine (Farmer). His siblings that I know of were Thomas, Edward, Mary, Annie and Ellen. If anyone knows anything about this family or other Fitzpatrick families of Carn or anything about the history of the Carn/Latnamard area from around the Famine years, please let me know.
