Is it possible to enhance this photo, taken circa 1896? This is my grandfather and is the only photo known to exist.

Hi and welcome......any chance of a better scan...this is only scanned at a low 96dpi and is heavily pixelated... a scan at a resolution of 300dpi is recommended for best results and a good print out. You can post a file size of up to 500kbs on here.
There is a tutorial at the top of the board to help you. If you repost the photo you will need to give it a different file name.
