I am looking for the parents of them both
William was born in Kelley, Shropshire
Mary was born in Cardington, Shropshire
Bennett, Finch, Carte, Gatter, Gorton, Metcalfe, Gold, Roberts
Wolverhampton, Alvechurch, Smethwick, Rowley Regis, Cradley Heath, Otterford, Gloucestershire

Who does the marriage name as  their fathers and what were their occupations

According to census William was born in Kenley (not Kelley).

Familysearch has:

William Roberts bp.5/7/1807 Kenley, Shropshire, son of Thomas and Mary.

Mary Clark bp.1/12/1815 Cardington, Shropshire, dau. of William and Martha.
