Edith Mary Morrey

I am desperately trying to find the parents of Edith Mary Morrey born 23 Feb 1878 in Chorlton, Lancashire.  I think her father was Josiah Albert Morrey but Edith does not appear in any census return to help conform my suspicions.  Any help would be much appreciated.
