I've had a look at the original image and the year is 01 not 91.  Looking elsewhere on the page reveals an unmistakable 9 which cannot be confused with a 0.

So the info currently found can stand.  I would strongly suggest that you obtain the marriage cert for George and Doris to verify his father's name.

Yes, I have just checked the original image and it is 01 instead of 1891.
