It may be an area of terraced housing since demolished.

I'll add a bit more, I think the mill at the end of the street was called Brownlow fold mill, not found an old photo yet, googling produces a modern view of what's left, but not much use for 1914

The marriage was in Jan feb march 1914 in Bolton registration district, which includes a parish called Little Bolton.
 Am I telling you things you already know, if not I think you may need Thos marriage cert, to establish Thos and Mary's fathers.
