Put in surname (Sharp) and year (1918) to see the reference but you'll need to order the Will.

Perhaps someone more familiar with English probate records can confirm that in the case of administration (with Will) that the Will can be ordered?

According to information via Mr G - Administration with Will means that the deceased did leave a Will but either did not appoint an Executor or the Executor was unable or unwilling to act.  I would therefore expect that a copy of the Will would be included in the order.
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

Found a Barnby road just on the edge of Balderton on old map

The cross hatched symbol on buildings means a glasshouse, so could be a nursery

With 9 years between David's death and administration of the will, could 1918 co-incide with death of David's wife. She and the son may have just taken over the business after his death because that was what was specified in the will.
