Please can anyone help?
My mother Grainne Keirnan was born 1933 in Mountjoy Square, which was a mother and baby home
How do I trace my grandparents , mothers name on birth cert , but not fathers
Any help , gratefully received

If there was no father on the birth then I'm afraid the chances of finding who he was are slim.

Who was your grandmother from the birth?  It might be possible to trace her.  If she married soon after your mother was born than she may have married the father.
