Disp on Roman Catholic Marriages - Denuntiationes -William Byrne and Anne Murphy

Can someone confirm what "Disp" on Roman Catholic Marriage in the column Denuntiationes means.

Also I would like any opinions on what you thing the 2nd name on this Certificate is.
It is transcribed as William Byrne and Anne Murphy. Dosen't look anything like Murphy to me.

They probably needed a dispensation because they were related, can you post a link to the page because it's hard to make out anything from that snippet.

I think it would be a dispensation about the Banns.

I agree with Sinann, a link would be best to compare letters etc.

I always forget Banns even existed, I'm totally unfamiliar with them, so am I correct in thinking because there is no relationship written out (4th cousins or what ever) than it's more likely because of the Banns?

I think the name maybe MOYERS but seeing the page in a link would be helpful as previously mentioned
