James Rowbottom

Does anyone have information on James Rowbottom who served in the King's Liverpool regiment during World War 1 as a private.  I have his medal card but can find no other information.

What is his regimental number from the medal card?  Is it 59591 King's Liverpool Regiment 27th

Yes 59591.  I have somehow acquired his medal and would like to return it to his family.

No records for him have survived, however I can tell you he was born C.1886 & that's about it.
Being in the KLR doesn't necessarily mean he was born in Lancs.
