Where did they marry.

Hi 

I,m not new to this fantastic forum

but was not sure where to put this request,

I have George Robert Haddelsey , born 1886, Grimsby , died 1947 Grimsby,

in Aug 1947 , just before He die's , He is at his daughter;s wedding in Grantham , ( write up in paper )

his daughter is Ethel Joyce Haddelsey,

the paper states that her Mother is deceased,

I cannot find a marriage for George , or a death for his wife,

nor a birth for his daughter,

so I am wondering if He marries abroad and had his daughter abroad,

in 1939, George Haddelsey is living on his own in Grimsby , but states He is married.

I do know who his daughter married ,

so I am really interested in finding who He married and where He married .

any help gratefully received.
