Looking for any information on a Robert Wood and his family born Kirkby Malzeard c1807 mother's name possibly Alice Bowes, father unknown.
I have checked FMPast but nothing down on this web site.

I've had a look at the original image and it is confusing.
Baptism Kirkby Moorside
Robert Wood son of (father's name)John and (mother's name)Alice Bowes born 27th April bapt 14 May 1809

I assume that Bowes was Alice's maiden name and she was married to a John Wood.
There's a marriage at Helmsley 28 Mar 1808
John Wood of Kirby Moorside and Alice Bowes of this parish

They are both on FindMyPast so you can have a look yourself.
It's just the way it's laid out.
