I have looked at these censuses and tried to track them backwards and have come to the conclusion that both are probably my Andrew, the death certificate which ties in with the 1891 census gives farm labourer as occupation making it more likely to be him.

Annoyingly it gives no parental details, any suggestions on this are welcome. I have ruled out James Hyslop and Margaret Shaw.
