In case you haven't seen them, their death certificates give the following information:

Jane Ralston died 20 May 1916 at The Bungalow, Valley, Llanynghenedl aged 39. She was described as the wife of William Robert Crawshay Ralston, who was described as 'of independent means'. The informant was William Russell of 5 Victoria Terrace, Holyhead.

William Robert Crawshay Ralston died 15 Sep 1935 at Stanley Hospital, Holyhead. He was described as of independent means with home address The Bungalow, Valley. The informant was C.G. Crawshay Ralston, son, of No. 13 St. John's Hill, Shrewsbury, Shropshire.

It seems Jennie was buried at St. Mary, the parish church of Llanfair-yn-Neubwll. The Gwynedd FHS MI publication for the church - grave no. 39: "In loving memory of Jennie Ralston of The Bungalow, Valley Died May 20th 1916" (and nothing else).

According to the MIs William Ralston is not buried here nor in St Michael, Valley, Llanynghenedl or St Cenedl, Llanynghenedl.

According to the MIs William Ralston is not buried here ...

But Gwynedd FHS also produce a Burials Index for the Parish of Llanfair-yn-Neubwll 1851-1950 which I should have checked sooner - both Ralstons are listed:
Ralston William Robert Crawshay - 65 - The Bungalow, Valley - Burial 1935.09.18
Ralston Jane - 39 - Bungalow, Valley, Llanynghenedl - 1916.05.24

I guess this means William Ralston was buried with Jane but he is not named on the gravestone.

Thanks dragon T for the info
An article in the Cambridge law journal states that his wife saw in the graveyard an inscription which said
In loving memory of Jennie the dearly beloved wife of W R Crawshay Ralston of the bungalow Valley.as this is not on there as stated who would have changed it and could his body have been exhumed as rumour has it

As he died after his wife Edith Maud Crawshay Ralston who would have asked for his body to be exhumed  ::)

The probate index (1933) names her as the wife of William Robert Crawshay Ralston
