George Bennett's Will

I know it's a lot to ask, but hopefully someone could help me with deciphering what I think is an Inventory of the above, he is from Shepshed.
Bennett - Shepshed, Leics.
Coulman- Surrey/London/Lincs.
Pullan- Sunderland/Durham
Danks- Surrey/Middx/Kidderminster/Dudley

I'm afraid it's not readable in this format, because it pixellates when enlarged.

Can you please post a higher-resolution scan, at least 300dpi, if you can? You can split it and post it in smaller sections, if necessary.

Thanks Bookbox, I did wonder if it might have been too small. I'll try and break it down into smaller pieces . Hope this is ok.

Note that the beas refers to livestock, not bees.  My Oxfordshire ancestors use the same term.

ADDED:  Regarding beas(e), quoted from a post by Bookbox a while ago.

Rosemary Milward (A Glossary of Household, Farming and Trade Terms from Probate inventories, Derbyshire Record Society, 1977) has bease as a plural form, meaning beasts...
