Is there a record of a church marriage for the parents?  If the parents only had a civil marriage, probably the children were not baptized.

They married at Christ Church, Streatham Hill

So,

The parents married in the Church of England but no C of E baptismal records for their children have been found.    One can only speculate.

i thought i was in the sussex lookup requests forum!

so i asked for a lookup on these names.

if too much trouble dont worry about it...

last 4 children ( not mentiond here ) were baptised, btw so its possible these were too!
