hi,
i am researching james moran born drumraney around 1818 he married winifred finian in drumraney 1838,the family then moved to walsall england,

Can you be more specific on what information do you need ?  Presume you have the family on UK census ?

What information do you already know? there's no point in us looking for details you've already found

Do you have a church record for the marriage? if not check to see if marriages and baptisms for the church have details of them- http://registers.nli.ie/
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

As you can see your baptisms would be too early for these records.

You have the marriage as 1838 but this one here is October 1834. Is it the one you have?

If you look around there are Morans and possibly variations of Finian, I think.

hi,
yes that is the correct marriage listing in drumraney,they only appear to have had a daughter mary in ireland,they appear in the 1841 census in walsall,
