Where to start! accessing Army Court Martial records
« on: Sunday 16 April 17 22:40 BST (UK) »
Hi
I would like to know the best way (if possible) to access court martial records,(No luck on ancestry or Find my past) the hearing involved an Italian Prisoner of war in Westmorland and a civilian in 1945. Both parties are deceased.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thank-you
Samantha

The below website seems to offer those records - an ancestor of mine who was court martialled appears as a result for me, however then it asks me to sign up for 'full access' so I presume there is perhaps a fee involved.
