deciphering words on document

I would appreciate any help with the following document.
The names of the 2 fathers are difficult- perhaps one is Benjamin
The place names- one maybe be Bovain or Bovarie

any insight would be welcome

Can't make out 2nd surname but just change Wray to whatever that is... and Search

There's a Bovain in Strathfillan, another "snap" re' Irish/Scottish placenames.

Thanks to everyone!

This is marriage document dated 1877 Moy Church, Co Tyrone
Hamilton Wray of Bovean and Margaret Malliagh of Seyloran. Both listed as Full(does this mean 21,23 25?)
My Search of the Wrays proves a challenge. Family heresay not supported right now and name change wray/rea.

this document may help to confirm i have the right Hamilton
