Number 88 - What Dublin Street? in 1918

Hello,

Is anyone more familiar with Dublin than myself, able to make out the attached to know what Street this is? Its number 88, but cant make out the street, not sure if it's James Street??

It is off an 1918 Death Cert.

Shows up 88 Jervis Street Dublin on google map as being near Ha Penny Bridge.
Looks like Jervis Street .
I have tried the JA....Street Dublin and Jervis street pops up on Google 😊

Looks like James's St alright, were they on 1911 census?

I'd say James Street as well, what registration district is it? North or South? Did the person die at home or in hospital?
A link would help to compare writing.

He's not there in 1911 but 88 James Street is a public house
