« on: Saturday 29 April 17 09:55 BST (UK) »
Hi There..
Searching for birth details/information about Andrew and  Elizabeth Crawford born about 1801 and come from Owenslann, Northern Ireland..
They and their family... James 1826, Ann 1830, John 1834, Matilda 1843 and Elizabeth 1836 came to Hobart, Tasmania on the ship "Mooltan" from Southhampton in 1854..
Ann Crawford married Robert Mitchell (from Scotland) in 1866 in Hobart, Tasmania..They are my GG Grandparents..
I am more trying to find Ann Crawfords and family Birth details, what i have cited is a guess only based on Boat manifest details
Thank you
Tony Mitchell

Searching for birth details/information about Andrew and  Elizabeth Crawford born about 1801 and come from Owenslann, Northern Ireland..

According to google 'Owenslann' was supposed to be another name for County Tyrone.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

The dates are well before the start of civil registration in Ireland which means searching for church records. You need an idea of location (parish if not actual townland) and religion. Then you need to see what records survive (not all that do survive are online). See here-
