Father of Jean/John Romeril
« on: Sunday 07 May 17 04:12 BST (UK) »
Hi All,
I am looking for the father of Jean / John Romeril, John Married Amelia/Emelie 8th January  1859.
He is said to have been lost at sea but may have finished up else where in the world.
I need to graft him onto the correct branch of the FT.
I have a John Romeril in 1851 aged 23, but he was a boarder.
Also If I sent for a MC would it have the parents names and occupations  displayed on it.
 Thanks Val Newman

Sadly no parents are named on the marriages at the time.   The only possible help is that it does refer to him as from the Parish of St Laurent, but that was only his residence at the time of marriage
