Can you please give some more info. so we can relate to it in terms of terminology i.e. place names?

When/where did this occur (what area/county/country)?

Can you please give details of the headings in regards to what's written in the columns please?

Looks like returned to 'visitation' but without anything to go on it doesn't make sense?

Looks to me... returned to visitation....If you google it looks possibly like the books are inspected by higherarchary in the church. What date is the bapt? What country/county?

There are a few similar entries on the pages before and after - possibly something to do with a private baptism?   

For those looking it is Leire, Leicestershire, and the full entry is within 1835 but gives the baptism date of 24 Jan but with an X and 1836 written in the margin (the previous baptism is Aug 30), with the note "Returned to Visitation May 17th 1836"

If Jomot has it correct, I think it would have been a catholic church?
