missing information

Sarah Edgar born 1876 in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, christened 20 April in Great Barlow, Derbyshire. Father William Edgar, born 1846 Kendal / Westmorland. Died 1893.
Mother Dinah Elizabeth Edgar (nee Harris) had a daughter Sarah Jane Robinson born 1874 Kendal, had another daughter Mary Edgar in 1879  in Middleton, Westmorland. Mother Dinah died in 1881 leaving a husband and 3 daughters. Sarah Jane Robinson went on to marry Thomas Kelly, Sarah Edgar found in 1901 census living with Thomas E Fardell, Emma Fardell, Louise Fardell (daughter). Sarah and 2 other ladies were living at the same address listed as lodgers.
I cannot find any information regarding Mary after her mother died as in 1901 William is recorded as living alone. What happened to the 3 girls immediately following their mothers death. Any information would be appreciated.
I am very new (only 1 week) into my research so apology if this is not the correct way to ask for assistance

Mary H Edgar      Adopted Daughter single 22 Drapers Assistant       Middleton, Westmorland.

That Mary Harris Edgar appears not to have married as there is a death in 1973 in Lancaster.
Mary Harris Edgar born 29th June 1878, a birth certificate would confirm parents , though it may not be your Mary of course.

Sarah Edgar married Thomas Shaw 1902 Lancaster and can be found on last available census with his parents and their son William Edgar Shaw b 1904.

The adoptive mother to Mary H in 1901 is sister to Thomas. Last census Mary is boarding with Elizabeth and husband, she is also sister to Thomas. Info was sent via PM.

In 1891 Mary Harris Edgar Niece 12 Scholar born Middleton is living with Moses and Hannah Dickinson  in Skelsmergh Westmorland  RG12/4330/78 pg8

Hannah likely sister to William as they have a daughter Sarah Edgar Dickinson - I see from your other thread that he did indeed have a sister Hannah of the right age and birthplace.
Sarah Jane Robinson is a bit of a mystery.

Thank you for the information, I think I understand what you are telling me, but Mary did not have a middle name, so I believe as you have said that the information I am seeking does not tie in with the Mary Edgar I ma seeking.

What makes you sure Mary didn't have a middle name Maureen?
This is the birth reference from your other thread

Only the certificate would prove that her mother is Dinah of course
