The marriage of J H Traynor was mentioned in the The New York Times 24 July  1964 - will send by pm with link to copy -  as it names his wife

Using http://www.whitepages.com/  or http://www.switchboard.com/ and sites like those you should be able to trace the children named in the New York Times Obituary.

Thanks Sandra for a very complete account of my American cousins. I did not meet James E.Traynor in Armadale when he visited in the 1970s because I had started work in the Highlands by then. Nice to Know that there were 3 Nancys' in family named after Annie Ellis -my Mum; Henry's daughter and the 'Fife' Nancy ,daughter of Peter Traynor from Lochgelly.
