James Hawkins and wife Margaret

Hi all

Just a little puzzled on James Hawkins born around 1740.
His daughter Sarah is showing for christening 21 Nov 1769 at St Mary, in Stafford.  Her Mother Margaret.
Now I just cannot find any other children to this couple, nor a marriage.

Then I find a cluster of Hawkins born in Stone, but father is John Hawkins and mother Margaret.  Could it be possible this is my couple?  James also going by the name John?

One marriage does show for a John Hawkins to a Margaret Hughs in 1760 Chebsey.

Otherwise I just cannot see a James Hawkins marriage to a Margaret in Stafford around that time.

There is a Christening in St Mary, Stafford in 1738 for a James HAWKIN, father, James and mother Sarah.

Yes I had made a note of that Baptism thanks.  It think what is throwing me is his marriage to a Margaret?  There does not seem to be anything coming up at the moment.
Daughter Sarah born 1769, so marriage could be anywhere between 1758 to 1769.
