to depart this life before they either of them shall or dose attain to this after
age or ages of one & twenty years without issue then I give devise & bequeath the
messuage tenement org in whence I now dwell situate in the burrough of Wickwar
afford in the county of Gloust commonly called or known by the name or sign of

brothers Thomas Witts William Witts & John Witts & to my sister Sarah Witts to
hold to ? & their heirs & assigns for ever. Item I desire my son John to be
kind & loving to his sister whom he rows to age. If he shall live to see his sister
marryed or rous to age to give to her out of the above mentioned messuages the sum
of twenty pounds and lastly I do nominate & appoint my said daughter Mary &
my two aforesaid brothers Thomas & William executrix & executors of this my
last will & testament revoking all wills by me formely made and I desire my
father John Witts & appoint him my trustee to see this my will duely performed
in wittnesse whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seale this one & twentieth
day of May anno dom 1727.

If anyone can fill in the gaps or correct my guesses so far it would be appreciated.

Thanks

A few suggestions to add to the above - otherwise I think it's all there (give or take a few spelling variants).

... in the county of Glouc(ester) Inn-holder being Sick ...

... publish and declare ...

... thereto belonging as my Trustees hereinafter named ...

... to hold to her Her Exec(utors)
adm(inistrators) & assignes ...

... either of them shall or doe attain to his or her ...

... Messuage Tenem(en)t or Inn wherein I now dwell ...

... afo(re)s(ai)d in the County of ....

... to hold to them their heirs ...

... & when he comes to age (If he shall live to see his Sister
marryed or come to age) ...
