Little bit of good news re 1901 and 1911 Census
« on: Tuesday 20 June 17 20:35 BST (UK) »
Just read on Clare Santry's Irish Genealogy News that the National Archives are looking for tenders to do the corrections on the 1901 and 1911 Census.
That will be good when it happens, so be sure to report any you spot.

I've reported lots of mistakes but didn't realise they weren't being corrected yet! A glaring one is Sarvagh for Garvagh town in 1901 http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Londonderry/Garvagh/Sarvagh/

I do hope when they put the corrections on that they put the original details that were corrected there as well.
