17th century Dutch

This image is a 1665 “Intention to Marry” from Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands. I really need help in transcribing this Dutch document and then translating it.

Based on other records, I assume it reads ;
. . . . Jacob Tijsen van Campen
kleermaker . . . . van Elsje Gerrits . . . .
. . . . & Anna Hals van . . . .
. . . .
. . . .
[signed] Jacob Theijsen   Ana van Hals

NOTE: Elsje was a former wife of Jacob. Anna was his 3rd wife and my current ancestor of interest.

Can anyone help me please?

17th Century Dutch isn't easy to translate
Due to archaic spellings and abbreviations, but this is a "best guess":

Compared as for Jacob Tijsen van Campen tailor wedr. <widower?> of Elsje Gerrits lived in the Egelantierstraet and the Anna Hals van Haerlem 29 years old lived in the Anjeliersstraet has her father's consent.
 Reviewing her three sondaechic postings <Banns? Sondag = Sunday!>  to listen to the truth for the sake of faithfulness and to complete everything, so far from that lawful hindrance for and by. And the afterwards they declared truthfully that they were free persons and the melting in blood
through which a Christian marriage could not be prevented and existed are their own injunctions.

Inspired by the above transcription, I am now posting the marriage “banns” of his previous marriage (excluding the standard wording).

It appears to be something like ;
1. Compareerden als vooren Jacob Thijsen van Campen
2. s.... van Elsije Gerrtis woo....
3. haerlem ....straet ende Stijntie claes de Witt
4.
5.


This is what I think I know about Jacob ;
In 1637, he first married Elsije Gerrits, widow of Harman Janssen Heimerich.
In 1645, he secondly married Stijntje Claes de Witt
In 1655, as a tailor, he married Anna Hals from Haarlem

Can anyone please help me complete this transcription.
