That's interesting, I had looked up Baysrath and it's in the Civil Parish of Dunnamaggan which is in the RC parish of Aughaviller, but you found those records in the neighbouring RC parish of Ballyhale so I had a look at the old maps on the OSI viewer and the Civil Parish of Dunnamaggan has a bit sticking out into the Civil parish of Knocktopher which is in the RC parish of Ballyhale, and sure enough Baysrath is just there in that bit, so clearly the nearest church was in Ballyhale, not Aughaviller.
