You need to let us know exactly what you are looking for. Is it his birth/baptism/death you need or are after him on census.  The marriage was in Hastings.

Sorry for the lack of info, I have a lot of Leppers in Sussex but I cannot find which family Edward fits into. I have Mary Bumsted christening 23 Jul 1770 Hastings Sussex so would expect Edward would be around that time unless of course it is a second marriage. I really want a family to put him into. Thank you.

Just a thought.I can't see a burial for Edward and Mary at Hastings so perhaps this is them on the 1841 census at Cranbrook workhouse
Edward Lepper ag lab 75 y
Mary Lepper 70 N

There are corresponding deaths  Dec 1848 age 75 for Mary and June 1850 age 89 for Edward.

This could lead to a baptism 5 April 1763 for Edward  at Frittenden to John and Elizabeth Lepper.
