Frank Symons

I have been researching my cousin's mother's line and there were lots of Symons on the tree. I think one of them was a Frank Symons born abt  1862 in Plymouth. The family seem to have been based in Dorset for some time. I have found an 1871 transcription for Steeple, Dorset which shows Frank, Unfortunately this page does not appear on Ancestry as the first page with the first four families is missing!!!!! This is the page which apparently should show Frank. I have found a reference to an 1861 birth in Plymouth for a John Frank Symons, but cant be sure its him. If anyone is able to help I would be most grateful. His Father would have been John Symons b 1823 Plymouth and mother Mary Petherbridge Kent.

Many thanks for the very helpful info avm228. He doesn't seem to appear on any further census so I assume that he emigrated. There is record of a John F Symons leaving for Australia in 1886 but I cant find him for 1881.
