Thanks Carole,
I already have info. From 1841 and 1851.Have bought birth certs for Frances and also her twin, George born one hour later!  George is not with family in 1851, but is working as a servant at a nearby house.
I did not know of existence of William and will try to find out more.
Am still looking for birth of Ann Pykett in Osgodley, Lincs.
Thanks again.
Hope you get this as am still working out where to post acknowledgements for help given.

Just to reassure you - I got your post.  You really need to post on the Lincolnshire board about a baptism for Ann as members who use that board may have resources others don't.

I believe there is a website called Lincs to the Past ( or similar ) which I think has baptisms

Good luck

Many thanks for Picket info, David, as I had hit a brick wall with Pickets/Pykett.
Will now try to go back another generation!

John Green of the parish of Stretton and
Anne Picket of this parish (Tickencote)
married by banns
27 May 1822

bride and groom both made their mark

Witnesses : William Roberts (signed) and Ann Roberts (made her mark).
Thanks very much. I did not have names of witnesses, but have now discovered a William Roberts  marrying Annie Green 25th. Feb. 1811 Ketton cum Tixover, Rutland, so they may be brother-in-law and sister of John Green.
I wouldn't have discovered this without your help. Thanks again.
