Hello Colin,
Letter 10 is the marriage certificate of Helmut Paul Keller and Hulda Gerda Huhn, who married in the registry office in Chemnitz on 17 Sep 1938. It reports Helmut's and Hulda's dates and places of birth.
At the very bottom, the cert reports the dates and places of the marriages of Helmut's and Hulda's parents.
Paul Heinrich Keller of Lauter married Auguste Emma Schramm of Lauter on 5 Mar 1898 in Lauter
Robert Karl Huhn of Chemnitz married Lina Hulda Jurisch of Chemnitz on 15 Sep 1907 in Chemnitz
Letter 01 are instructions that would have been contained within the identity card (Ausweis) of a POW held by the Germans.
'If the holder of this ID card is encountered outside the borders indicated in the ID card, he is to be taken to the nearest army or police post.
The enlisted men's camp (Mannschafts-Stammlager) is to be notified.
The entry of shops, bars, playgrounds, cinemas, railway stations and churches is forbidden.
The use of public transport is forbidden (when out for a walk).
During ID checks, request to see the dog-tags; the numbers, any markings and the ID card number was match.'
The space for the prisoner's signature (Namenszug des Kriegsgefangenen) at the bottom left is blank.
I'd be interested to know how the two documents are connected.
