It would appear that her employer died in 1907 and the daughter was an invalid so it is likely Ellen had to seek fresh employment if still there at the time.

i am wondering if she married
george albert fisher  27 dec 1902 hendon    i have only been given this date from someone in canada
i have found the banns in camberwell  with her address in Hendon YORK Road

and then went to canada 1904
hence why i cant find her on the 1911 census

i am trying to see if this is the ellen watts on my tree born in gloucestershire

parents william  richard watts and elizabeth gingell
last found on 1901 census  as a servant  14 portman street london
i have approx birth 1874  i cant seem to find a christening
the wedding banns say she was in york road hendon december 1902

the person in canada birthday was 26 august 1873
posssible parents william  richard and ellen watts married 1870
but looking at this entry it is for william richard watts and ELIZABETH Wright

i have followed through 4 or 5 ellen watts similar age  that were not her
