Nothing on Ancestry for George other than the SWB (1919) & Medal Rolls.
The 1918 record may be a medical report which may tell you when he received his wound you can then take a look at where he was but you won't know until you look.

I can't find a place called Biddington and on the image it looks as if it could Bedlington. However this record is from British Royal Navy Seamen 1899-1924. Do you have the exact date of birth of your James Albert?

The only James Albert I can see that year on Freebmd is

Reading his record it does say he could count 2yrs 239 days of Army service towards GC Badges, so did he transfer to the Navy?

thats his birth you have ,i dont have an exact date sorry maybe he did transfer i just dont know

Looks as if he joined the navy in 1919 and was invalided out with TB March 1921.
