For reference- 1911 Tattyreagh North
www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Monaghan/Annayalla/Tattyreagh/1628696
www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Monaghan/Annayalla/Tattyreagh__North/801774

Looks like you probably didn't look for vital records on Irish Genealogy site?

Marriage (1884)- https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/marriage_returns/marriages_1884/10888/5977027.pdf

Margaret Jane (1903)- https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1903/01853/1722202.pdf

You should be able to find rest of family on that site  ;) (Castleblayney is the registration district for Tattyreagh)
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

...and then there are the RC registers online, free where you might find Charles and possible siblings

Give a man a record and you feed him for a day.
Teach a man to research, and you feed him for a lifetime.
