Could be - indeed, an Elizabeth Emily marries in 1912 in South Elmshall - father David, labourer, baptism in Barton Lancashire shows parents David & Elizabeth.  ??? Edith registered in Wirral? Perhaps they got mixed up with the Cheshire & Yorkshire babies?
