Christine53:
This is where it gets sticky. There is another Henry Parker a Seaman who dies at sea off Lizard Point in 1881. Hes also married to an Elizabeth ( probably Harrocks).  This could well be him but if the census was March how does she know shes a widow before his death?

I am confused. The findagrave entry states Henry Parker died 7 May 1880. There is a burial record :

Henry Parker 45 of 25 Eccles Street buried 11 May 1880 Walton Park

and this registration :
Henry Parker b 1835 A-J 1880 Liverpool 8b 21

The census was in 1881 not 1880.

The Henry Parker who drowned off Lizard Point is registered in Deaths at Sea  and he died in 1881.

Thank you Jamjar. If it was Harrocks Elizabeth would be 14 at marriage and Henry would be a minor also. He is listed on that marriage as full.  Either the cencus is wrong or these are 2 different families. Where do you see Elizabeth born 1844 with surname Harrocks please? Im very grateful to everyone for the help btw!

Well I am now convinced thanka to you all. There is too much evidence pointing towards Horrocks. I havw been pulling my hair out past 4 weeks fixated on cencus dates of birth ignoring the facts.
Samual Harrocks lived on Charter Street and Clement St and the married ciuple lived on Eccles St right by the docks.
I want to thank everyone for closing the mystery 😄
