Can find one marriage partner but not the other

Hello, I have found the marriage of  my father`s aunt, but her husband is not listed -well according to F.B.M.D.-
Rebecca  Ann  Wright m Alfred Dixon in Bury ( she was a resident  nurse at Prestwich hospital which at that time was an asylum for mentally ill people. She otherwise lived in M/C)
The last quarter of 1909.
 Volume 8c   page 815.
Can find no trace of Alfred with free BMD
I would appreciate it very much if anyone can find him, I have just made contact with a descendant of my G.Grandmother`s extended family
I want to give her exact info and whilst I have seen the entry for him quite some  time   ago , I wanted to be sure before passing info on as all my paperwork is as yet sill unpacked.

There is a tree online which gives marriage of Alfred Dixon to Rebecca Ann Wright as Dec 1897 Manchester -and quotes source as Registrar attended Lancs BMD

YES ,YES, YES,  ,many thanks, Rebecca is the daughter of someone RootsChatters found for me when she was in the census as Esther Johnson when she was in fact Eliza Addy, having re-married (after the death of James Wright, Rebecca Ann`s father,) to Dobson Addy..
However    She was listed as a widow.
Meanwhile Dobson Addy was on a lighter boat off Hull , listed as unmarried 
My grandfather (Rebecca Ann`s brother)did change his name becoming HenryThomas Addy from H,T,Wright)
What a search that was but again thanks to RootsChatters all was revealed.
The proof was Eliza`s sister in law was there on census night as well as my granddad.
They don`t make it easy do they!

Rebecca does state she has been married for 14 years on her  census returns

Yes,and there is another child born Sept  1914   Dennis.
He emigrated to Australia on the Largs Bay.
Next of kin given as sister ,Norah Bailey nee Dixon.

Suzard,  Rebecca`s mother was the elusive person found by RootsChatters as Esther Johnson when she was actually Eliza Addy after re-marrying .Her name was never Johnson but of course Wright.
Maiden name Cole.So Mary Boardman must have been Alfred`s mother who had re=married I presume. Thanks. V.

I agree mary Boardman is most likely Alfred's mother as she is described as "Mother" on the 1901 census and relationships given are to the head of the household i.e. Alfred

I'll just have a little check to see if i can confirm
