Thank you guys so so so much!!

I searched high and low and found nothing, I knew you guys on here would be able to help me, you are brilliant!

I'm going to call my friend to update him now, again, thank you so much!

In note to the 1911 census - I could not find a 1911 census with him anywhere, hence we nicknamed him a phantom! haha

You can find an index record for the 1911 census on Family Search, AbbieRose. There is a surprise on there!

Hi Malcolm, I can't seem to find George Nixon (George W A Nixon anyway) in a 1911 census?

George Nixon is a fairly common name so can be hard to find on its own but if you search for his parents, Bert Nixon and Nellie Nixon, it narrows things down. It's the top one of these search results: Family Search results. Click on it to expand it.

So young Bertie Nixon was b 1902,  but father Bert didn't marry Nellie until 1905.    Could be he had to wait until he was 21.
