Descriptions include "Hill, cottage and garden, 2 lime kilns and waste, house and garden, tree slangs issa, tree slangs ucha, park pen rey, tree cornel ...." and others (as transcribed).

Some described as arable or pasture under "State of Cultivation".

To find
click on "Tithe Maps"
click on "Pembroke"
tab down to last St David's map (5th of 5) and click on "Transcribe"
on extreme left of screen are up/down symbols - click on "^" to display full screen
tab down/scroll to foot of screen to Sheet No 108 (bottom right)

Thank you very much.   I will check these out.    I had not seen the Cambrian article before.  My John had two sisters Grace and Ann( doing this from memory) whose father George left them a ship called the Nancy in 1797.  Definately a seafaring family who farmed.   There is an uncle of theirs on the Welsh Mariner site.  I am descended from sister Martha who married Gilbert Howell.    LizR
