Banns of marriage of 22nd Oct 1798 at Furneux Pelham

James Burton of Langley, Essex married Ann Brewer of Furneux Pelham on 22nd Oct 1798 at FP.  I know it was by Banns and that they both marked.
I am trying to establish which Ann Brewer it was, either christened 1777 or 1780 at FP.  I realise that either may not have been christened in their first year but it would make the 1780 one eligible as under 21years.
Does anyone have access to the Banns to see if she was underage at the time of marriage?  Thank you for any help.
