I think you have the right Albert & Robert Wyllie death records. Here's what I'm seeing.

Albert actually died in Pompano Beach, Fl. My guess he may have been a "NY snowbird". Robert also died in Pompano Beach, FL.

There appears to be no real obits for them, just more or less one death notices in the paper.

Albert Wyllie Death notice (see attached)

South Florida Sun Sentinel
Fort Lauderdale, Florida

==============

This Albert T was married to Diana Ordine, she died in 1994.

Diana FLDI: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:VVCS-Y5M

=======================

This is what's interesting. Albert Wyllie & Diana Ordine were both living in Assembly District 23, Manhattan, New York City in the 1940 census.

Diana 1940 census: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:K3Y5-58J

Coincidence ???

========================

Diana's sister Albertina/Tina died in Jan. 1979 in Pompano Beach, Fl. Her obit mentions her siblings and states Albert & Diana lived in NY.

"sisters, Mrs. Albert (Diana) Wyllie, New York"

This might be of interest.

In trying to find Roberts wife (if married) I came across this. Was Albert's middle name Thoms?

Many thanks, RJ137. Yes, Albert's middle name was Thoms. Looks as if you have got them all. That's very useful. Looks as if Robert wasn't married, then?

Does Albertina's obit mention any nieces or nephews at all?
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

Just double checked her obit. It only mentions her siblings & in-laws, no nieces or nephews.

Thank you. I see from the census that she had lots of siblings, so I can't assume that the absence of mention of any nieces of nephews implies that Albert and Diana had no children.
