The actual marriage certificate will give information on Thomas's Father - presumably you do not have it, just the reference?

Suggest you get it for confirmation of his (claimed?) Father.

Marriage was 28 May 1866 in Bridgnorth. Interestingly both are recorded as being under age. Thomas's father is given as Thomas Powell, labourer and Harriet's as William Price, labourer.

Hi,

It's possible that they married underage because Harriett was already pregnant. I found this birth, baptism and death which could be their eldest son,
