This is a free map from the National Library of Scotland from about 1938-46.  If you zoom in until you see where Trewirgie Road meets West Trewirgie Road there is a fairly large house on a pretty tight corner with the label "Trewirgie" next to it, but that could be the name of the town not the house.

Not sure it that is it, but it looks like it to me.

The next step would be to find it in 1911 Census and 1939 Register

Richardson, Sherman, Gillam, Hitchcock, Neighbour, Groom, Walton, Strange, Littleford, Brown, Guy, Abbs, Tasker, Bartlett, Farey, Etteridge

Census information is Crown Copyright from www.nationalarchives.gov.uk

Thought it was too good to be true. The reason I was looking for info on Trewirgie Corner has to do with someone being born there with a Dutch surname.

The search continues.

Hi All, hopefully I can help. (I live in Trewirgie). On the junction where Trewirgie Hill starts (off Trewirgie Road) there is a large residential house that was formerly a Maternity Unit. It is not Trewirgie House - that is a different property. The property is situated on the corner plot on the junction. Trewirgie Corner is not a place I am familiar with. I can only presume it was given the address as it is situated on the corner! Hope this helps.
