Can't read this marriage record from 1836 Ireland

I'm looking at the record from November 4, 1836 for the marriage between Philip Stack and Mary Maloney. It's the bottom entry on the left-hand page, but I can't read a word of it. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks, Maggsie. It was Ballybunion, Kerry, Ireland, and the priest was J. Buckley.

Does it have their ages or parents' names on there? I haven't gotten any further back than this generation. Any help would be appreciated.

The first line:

Ego JBuckley astiti matr(imon)io Philippi Slack & Marie Molony

I would translate this very roughly as:

I J Buckley assisted (or stood?) at the marriage of Philipp Slack and Marie Molony

The second line begins with a T (I think), presumably T(estis) = witnesses

Then (probably) three names:

Patri(cus)? & T___olh? Molony & Ja^s Walsh?

Then more Latin which I can't get, but I think ends with dispensatum.

I think the gist of the last bit is that Dispensation was granted for a 4th-to-4th degree of consanguinity.

This may indicate that the couple were 3rd cousins, but some websites state 1st cousins for this (and I'm no expert).

I see that as a Latin version of Timothy perhaps.

It's probably written Timoth^s, for Timotheus, so I agree with Geoff-E.

I didn't realize it was in Latin...no wonder I couldn't understand it. Or maybe that's because my ancestors were cousins.

So it sounds like they didn't include parents' names on marriage records. That's a shame.
