Evening.  I have attached an extract from my 3x Grt Grandparents marriage cert.
I can see that he was Garrison Sgt Major at Fort William but am having trouble with my Grt Grand mothers occupation and the 3 letters below it.
Any help appreciated.  Thankyou
Leach/Prigg - Cambridge
Draper/Munford - Norfolk
Nicholas/Donlan/Thurston/Leach - India
Harrison/Cunningham - Durham
Caine/Harrison - Ireland

LOS would be the Lower Orphan School in Fort William.

L.O.S. is an abbreviation for Lower Orphan School
