Hello,  :)

not sure where to post this search .

I am purely just looking for a wife or wives,

I know the above chap had a long military history, He was born in 1895 and died in 1973.

I suppose because He was station all over the world , He could have married anywhere  ???

but I was hoping a fresh pair of eyes may turn up a spouse  :)

the trees on Ancestry do not have a wife for him,  his (son  ) John Hargrave Ponder was born in 1928. no birth reg found  ???

help needed please Eilleen.

If he was in the UK military after 1920 you could apply for a copy of his record, which might give some useful details.

He left a Will which might also yield information.

Who registered his death  ?

As above - get the will and copy of his service record.

I am fast running out of genealogy funds trying to find a wife/wives for this guy  ??? ::)

I am on Ancestry , his papers are on there I think,

but since I paid my subscription , there appears a funny little box with F3  ??? and now is asking for

more money  ,

keep going round in circle's ,

It is John Hargrave Ponder .... who's  Mother I need a name for . John belongs to her , but not

really to

Stephen Einar Gilbert Ponder, He is like a step Father , or the missing Mother / wife had an affair,

all the above are deceased by the way . I am not letting anything out the bag  ;D

It is Fold3 https://www.fold3.com/ which is a separate subscription. Some records on Fold 3 are available on FindMyPast or the National Archives web site.

Ancestry sometimes offers free access to military records around Remembrance Day; keep an eye out  for any messages.
