Update appreciated splask

This is a LINK to Ann's baptism (bottom right)
It is faded and difficult to read but PLUNKETT seems to be added and beneath the record noted "alias Esther Clinton alias Plunkett"

There is a baptism for:
Catherine on Jan 09 1855
Margaret on Jul 26 1857
Julia on Jan 10 1862 (as Judith)

I don't see a baptism for Rose
I wonder was Catherine and Rose the same person as a
Catherine MURTAGH married Patrick KENNEDY on Jul 19 1880 in Mayne - LINK
Unfortunately their parents names were not recorded

a Julia MURTAGH m James THORNTON Jan 26 1892 - LINK
If you are sure that she is correct; this is the THORNTON family in 1901 on the census living with her, was her widowed mother Elizabeth - LINK

This is really helpful myluck, thank you.  I'll research the immigration records for Catherine going to the US.

Took a quick look
Catherine was still in Ireland in 1911

On 1901 census at
LINK - with husband Patrick and eight children

On 1911 census at 13 in Ballycomoyle (Hilltown, Westmeath)
LINK - a widow with four children

Patrick KENNEDY died on Mar 07 1910 aged 76 - LINK last record # 26

The KENNEDY children's births are on irishgenealogy.ie
Sep 17 1881 James
Apr 15 1882 Mathew
Dec 12 1884 Mary (shown on census as Mary Anne)
Aug 12 1886 Kate
Jan 27 1890 Margaret
Sep 07 1892 Michael
Oct 05 1894 Patrick
Aug 05 1897 Rose (shown on census as Rosanna)
plus one further child that died before 1911 and probably 1901
all records show mother as Catherine or Kate
but note that the youngest child was Rose/Rosanna

Catherine died on Mar 10 1933 - LINK
